Beliefs Matter

Latin America is a vast and beautiful continent, home to many vibrant cultures and incredible people. And the church there has grown at an astounding rate over the last 100 years! But the number of biblically trained pastors has not kept pace with this amazing growth.

What we believe matters. Our beliefs about God, salvation, marriage, money, leadership, and morality all shape the way we live on a daily basis, whether we realize it or not. So when a pastor is unfamiliar with Scripture and has faulty beliefs, his whole church will get off course. This is happening all over Latin America.

But an encounter with the true Word of God can change everything, and that is our heartbeat. Regional Director Gloria Fernández is on the front lines of this mission. She strives to provide pastors and ministry leaders with a solid foundation in the Word of God so that they are equipped to preach, model, and lead in a way that pleases God and helps their congregations mature and multiply.
