Welcoming Steve DeWitt

I have some exciting New Years news! It is my joy to announce today that Pastor Steve DeWitt from Bethel Church in Crown Point, Indiana has joined the Global Action board. Steve has served as the Senior Pastor of Bethel Church for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, Bethel Church has grown from fewer than 500 members to more than 5,000 worshipers now spread across five campuses in Northwest Indiana (part of the Chicagoland Region).

Steve is the author of the highly-touted book Eyes Wide Open: Enjoying God in Everything, and his messages can be heard weekly on Moody Radio. Steve is a Council Member of The Gospel Coalition alongside other influential leaders like John Piper and David Platt. Steve and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of two girls. It is wonderful to have another experienced pastor on our leadership team!

We are looking back on 2019 with gratitude even as we look forward with great anticipation and excitement for the future. Thank you to all those who give their time and resources to see lives changed forever! Together we can change the world!
