Rich Smith

Rich Smith serves as Global Action’s Chief Financial Officer. Having worked in executive roles in Internal Audit, Human Resources, Claims, and Operations, Rich has 30 years of extensive experience in strategic and operational planning, coaching, CEO and board-level reporting, and performance improvement. Rich and his wife Cherry now reside in Antigua, Guatemala, where they serve as missionaries. They are also co-founders of Casa de Gracia (House of Grace), a transition home for young women who have aged out of orphanages and need to be discipled and equipped for a God-honoring, independent life.
